Jason & Regina Biel
Missionaries to Germany

Germany
Jason received Jesus as a young boy growing up in Southern California. God did a “mini revival” in his family when he was 10 years old, and he began his journey of following Jesus. Jason moved to Southern Oregon in 1991 where he met Regina. Regina grew up in a Christian home and in a wonderful family. The two were married in 1993 and got very involved in their church, Applegate Christian Fellowship. The Lord blessed them with four amazing children (Joshua, Caleb, Elizabeth, and Jacob).
Jason had felt a call to the ministry from a young age. Regardless of having no formal education or ministry training, Jason and his family were “sent out” by their home church in 1999. The Biel’s moved to Astoria, Oregon and began a home Bible study. By God’s grace, the Bible study blossomed into a healthy, and growing church. Jason and Regina served in that church until 2017.
In 2017, Jason handed the church to one of the assisting pastors and moved to the island of Kauai. The move was a much needed time of refreshment and refocus. Jason serves as an assisting pastor at Calvary Chapel North Shore.
Why Germany? In 2015 Jason was able to make two trips to Germany. Germany had always been something of a fascination with him. He even studied the German language in high school. After the trips in 2015, the Lord began to stir a desire to go back on a more permanent basis. After literally years of praying, waiting, and praying some more, the Lord began to confirm and open doors.
Jason, Regina, and JJ (their youngest), are living in Eastern Germany. They are integrating into the community and will eventually start a home church. The “dream” is to see churches blossom all over Eastern Germany.
