Phil and Joy Metzger served as missionaries to Eastern Europe for more than twenty years in Russia and Hungary. There they painted churches and served as the directors of Calvary Chapel Bible College Europe.
Phil currently serves as the Pastor of Calvary San Diego and on the board of A Jesus Mission.
